Sunday (July 6)-Tuesday (July 8) 9:30-12:30, 3-5pm
Wednesday (July 9) 9:30-12:30 *** Wednesday afternoon/Thursday morning will be conscious time to integrate and practice facilitate with your colleagues from the training experience.
Thursday (July 10) 2-5pm
Friday (July 11) 9:30-12:30, 3-5pm

Prerequisite for this training:
Prior work with Ashley and completion of intake interview. Completion of previous Level 1 training (distance or in person), or a series of 10 hours of private work.

Description
Now is the time to take your personal practice to the next level. In this experience, you will be guided to understand the adaptations to parasympathetic and sympathetic breathwork experiences, including concious, connected, circular breathwork and how to safely drop into non-ordinary states of consciousness through both sides of the nervous system continuum. This training is designed in a multi-leveled approach and perfect for students and facilitators of all levels.

Walk out the front edge of the rancho and onto a beach that stretches for miles. Each curated experience in the Green Season of 2025 is designed for a small group of 5. Retreats include lodging, all classes, meals and tuition (for Breathwork Training.) Not included are transport to and from the retreat house, additional bodywork services, one meal out per week and gratuities.

September 27-October 4 is Breathwork Facilitator Training. Experience expertly guided support to dive deeper into your expanded wisdom. You will emerge from this experience with greater confidence in holding space for others as well as understanding greater presence, nervous system and emotional regulation in yourself while operating in the dynamics of all of your relationships.
