  • Learn to take a trauma sensitive approach to meeting what is present for you and supporting others through a repattern of the trauma imprints.

  • Receive mentorship and integration support post immersion.

Breathwork Facilitator Immersion

Location: Casa Verano Eterno, Playa Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica

When:

July 6-11, 2025

Arrive (for those staying on site) July 5, Depart from Verano Eterno on July 12.

Program Schedule:

Sunday (July 6)-Tuesday (July 8) 9:30-12:30, 3-5pm

Wednesday (July 9) 9:30-12:30 * Afternoon Wednesday and Morning Thursday will be time to integrate and practice facilitate with your colleagues.

Thursday (July 10) 2-5pm

Friday (July 11) 9:30-12:30, 3-5pm

Evening sessions will be announced.

Who is it for:

This experience is perfect for you if you wish to become a Breathwork facilitator, or wish to incorporate Breathwork as a technique into your personal practice and professional offerings. Because of the small, intimate group experience, all levels are welcome.

About the Method:

The Breathwork Facilitator Training was first launched in Nosara, Costa Rica in May, 2016 as Ashley Ludman graduated the first group of students after a week-long intensive in the method. Since then, the introductory facilitator training has continued to expand, and is now offered in module formats to meet the growing demands of the work. The Body of Breath has an application in process with the Breathwork Alliance and has followed the standards set for the 400 hour curriculum.
