Every day begins with a grounding breath + movement practice — a blend of yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, and hands-on bodywork.
Our private chef will serve up a nourishing, intentional breakfast to support your day ahead.
Then the day is yours.

We are excited to welcome Dhamaru back to the apple barn to experience live music through our week. Be stimulated by Chuck Wood’s percussion grooves joined by the masterful creativity of Colin Allured on the Sitar, Sarode and special guest instruments.
We will be jammin it out and moving through the week supported by the present creation that arises in the moment. Your presence will be a part of the bigger tapestry of what emerges.

January and February, I will be welcoming in solo female retreaters for curated experiences. Everything will be taken care of for you. This is a perfect choice for those who want to explore the Nosara area with ease and be well taken care of while doing so.
Retreat themes can include: Writing Intensive, Yoga Intensive, Breathwork Training/Immersion, Creative Expression, Surf Experience, Community Service Focus.
