We’ve created a flexible schedule that lets you decide what retreat looks like.
Every day begins with a grounding breath + movement practice — a blend of yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, and hands-on bodywork.

Your morning nourishment will be a medicinally-infused smoothie bar for optimal energy and support.

Then the day is yours.

Attend a daily workshop-style session, OR
Explore Nosara’s nature, surf, or creativity
 OR choose nothing at all — hammock, tide pool, sketchpad optional!

Together, we’ll reset and rewire from the inside out — so you return home not only rested, but radically realigned.
