This week is all about dropping into space that inspires you. Casa Verano Eterno is a short walk from one of Nosara’s beaches known for its consistent surf wave and vibrant community of wellness. Our schedule has been curated so that you have space to create your retreat within our week. Choose what makes you say YES to life.
Each morning, we will begin with a movement and breath practice (think Yoga, threaded with Pilates, sprinkled with Breathwork, topped with meditation and bodywork!) Our on-site chef is already creating a specialty menu and the morning meal will nourish you well for the day ahead.
The best part about retreating is taking time for yourself to chill and do what YOU want to do.
We will have daily “workshop style” offerings that you can choose to attend. Or, give yourself permission to do an offsite adventure. Nothing at all is an option that we fully support!
Enjoy walking the beaches, hanging in the tide pool, horseback riding, surfing, pottery classes, massage and cleansing possibilities or just chill at our pad around the art table and in the spacious yoga rancho. The name of the game this week is to give you time to reconnect to the artist of your own life.
Ashley is curating the offerings with some of her favorite teachers in the area. You may see locals from our community join in on the midday experiences. After all…one of the highlights of Casa Verano Eterno is the expansive Yoga Shala that is spacious enough for us to welcome in friends from the Nosara community.

9am Hearty Breakfast (snacks will be provided through the day and energy treats available) Lunches and time off in the mid day are on your own! The Workshop schedule is being curated now to weave in some of Nosara’s most popular teachers.
3pm-4:30 Yoga/Movement/Breath
Sunset on the beach is always a highlight of our days.
6pm Appetizers/Dinner
After dinner connection time nightly.
Please note that your investment includes Breakfasts, snacks and dinners. We will have dinner off site one night, which is not included in the retreat cost. Also not included are bodywork, excursions and optional gratuities for staff. All curated “workshop” experiences to be announced through the week are included and everything is optional!
