All classes are recorded and uploaded to the WhatsApp thread.
the Circle of Women is designed to give you a weekly pause and recalibration. We welcome you to join us from the comfort of your own space and receive support through breath and connection.
The weekly practice is curated for themes that may be emerging within the moments of the season. In this practice, the general focus is downregulation of the nervous system so that the meditative and contemplative state may be easier accessed.
The Spring season aligns us to the wood element in the 5 element theory practices. Wood represents the beginning of growth and expansion.
The practices of this season’s sessions will focus on nourishing the organs of the liver (yin) and gallbladdar (yang), and remind us to find supportive expressions of intense emotions such as anger and frustration.
All classes are recorded. You may log in here to join us on Monday evenings at 7pm ET. (The session recording will be uploaded to the WhatsApp group.)
Choose to connect with the Circle of Women through our WhatsApp group for an ongoing conversation of wisdom, connection and support. This is optional, but an amazing way to stay accountable and support others through the daily waves of life.
