Choose from Yoga, Breathwork, live music experiences, creative expression, nature walks to the waterfall and meditative inquiry. This is a perfect reset if you are in need of some time to reconnect to yourself and consider what is important in your life.

August 22-25

7am Yoga

8am Breakfast

9:30am-noon Movement, Live Music with Dhamaru and Breathwork

Noon Lunch

Afternoon sessions to be announced each day. Choose from Art Expression, Music Classes, Yoga and Creativity Experiences.

6pm Dinner

Morning Labyrinth walk

Breakfast to follow and check out at 10am.

Who is it for:

This experience is perfect for all levels. You don’t need any experience of Yoga or Breathwork to attend. You only need to have a curiosity and trust that the classes will be adapted for all levels. Bring a sense of wonder and openness and we will provide the rest! We have many return participants, but always love to share the magic of the Valle and what we create together at this time at the end of the summer. It’s a perfect escape from the heat of late summer, and the temps traditionally hit in the mid 70s during the day and we enjoy cooler nights.

Cost:

Early registration $1300 shared accommodations. Lodging, meals, all classes (excluding private music sessions) included. Please note that all payments towards retreats are non-refundable, only transferrable to alternate experiences.
