This immersive experience is open to all levels and a perfect way to welcome in the New Year and a new reality.
Each session is anchored with a contemplative theme and will guide you into a more intimate relationship with yourself, your complexities, your deepest desires and your unique ability to create action that resonates with your values.

The immersion offers a progressive approach to breathwork. Please inquire prior to registering if you have questions if this experience is right for you. Please acknowledge upon registering that all payments towards classes are non-refundable, only transferable to an alternate program. Space is limited to 18 participants.
