Breathwork Facilitator Training Nosara, Costa Rica, September 27-October 4

Join Ash at a sweet retreat spot, at the literal edge of the high tide on South Guiones. Walk out the front edge of the rancho and onto a beach that stretches for miles. Each curated experience in the Green Season of 2025 is designed for a small group of 5. Hold your space early as these retreats are guaranteed to sell out. Message Ash privately for options to stay 2 or 3 weeks.

Retreats include lodging, all classes, meals and tuition (for Breathwork Training.) Not included are transport to and from the retreat house, additional bodywork services, one meal out per week and gratuities.

September 27-October 4 is Breathwork Facilitator Training. Experience expertly guided support to dive deeper into your expanded wisdom. You will emerge from this experience with greater confidence in holding space for others as well as understanding greater presence, nervous system and emotional regulation in yourself while operating in the dynamics of all of your relationships.

Private Room/Private Bath $2375 (Early Registration prior to April 1. Add $200 after April 1. Prerequisite of online Facilitator Training Module (April 1-May 1, 2025), previous Level 1 training with The Body of Breath or another Breathwork Facilitation School or 10 hours of private work with Ashley. Costa Rica Retreat September 21-28 2024

Join us at the edge for a deep dive. Space is open for 7 in this retreat that is intimate and curated for those who are ready for something more. One space is open for pre-registration. 5 private rooms/private bath and 1 room open for shared accommodation.

Daily breathwork, expressive arts, movement inquiry, sacred play and all meals included.

We are literally at the edge, inhabiting a sweetly curated space on South Guiones, beside Blue Spirit. In your free time, choose to walk for miles, rest in the hammock with the sound of the ocean, surfing the waves or exploring the depth of your creativity.

Connection to yourSELF of the Future

the Circle of Women began in 2022 as a 3 month cycle and has been in continuation since then. We welcome you to join us from the comfort of your own space and receive support to develop a practice that is curated for our group, the individual and group needs and for the season.

All classes are recorded.

Choose also to connect with the Circle of women through our WhatsApp group for an ongoing conversation of wisdom, connection and support. This is optional, but an amazing way to stay accountable and support others through the daily waves of life.

Themes of the Winter Cycle: Strengthening the Channel to live in your center, Tuning into Future Self and living “As If,” Birth a New Project/Ritual/Self Care practice, Life Choices to Strengthen the Water Element, Conscious Action in Creative Expression
