Prerequisite for this training:
Prior work with Ashley and completion of intake interview. Completion of previous Level 1 training (distance or in person), or a series of 10 hours of private work.Â
Online Training begins May 2025. Schedule will be announced soon, and pre-recorded sessions are available in our online platform for you to also go at your own pace with the theory and practice before and after the in-person training.Â
Description
Now is the time to take your personal practice to the next level. In this experience, you will be guided to understand the adaptations to parasympathetic and sympathetic breathwork experiences, including concious, connected, circular breathwork and how to safely drop into non-ordinary states of consciousness through both sides of the nervous system continuum. This training is designed in a multi-leveled approach and perfect for students and facilitators of all levels.

This experience is designed to support your personal and professional development through Movement and Embodiment, Breathwork and Vedic Thai Massage. Couple this week with a Breathwork Facilitator Training (July 5-12 here at Casa Verano Eterno in Nosara) or through our online experiences.
You will learn through both giving and receiving Breathwork, Physical Assists and Vedic Thai Yoga practices on the futon during this week’s training. Open to all levels. Please request an interview prior to registering.

You will receive 34 hours of contact work through The Body of Breath Facilitator Training and/or 20 hours of contact hours through Vedic Conservatory. PDF manuals included in the tuition.

September 27-October 4 is Breathwork Facilitator Training. Experience expertly guided support to dive deeper into your expanded wisdom. You will emerge from this experience with greater confidence in holding space for others as well as understanding greater presence, nervous system and emotional regulation in yourself while operating in the dynamics of all of your relationships.
