About Arlyn
Arlyn Wyatt is a wellness coach, Breathwork practitioner, and holistic health advocate devoted to helping women heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves through practices that support the body, mind, and soul. Her work integrates Breathwork, wellness education, personalized health practices, emotional support, and faith-centered guidance to create grounded and compassionate spaces for transformation.
Arlyn began studying The Body of Breath method in 2016 through a Level 1 Foundations Training in Nosara, Costa Rica and continued deepening her studies with the method in 2019. Through years of personal practice and continued exploration, she has cultivated an approach that emphasizes nervous system support, embodied awareness, intentional living, and holistic wellbeing.
Her facilitation style is nurturing, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through reconnecting with both inner wisdom and deeper spiritual grounding. Through coaching, Breathwork, retreats, and customized wellness support, Arlyn guides women toward greater balance, resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable wellbeing.
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Arlyn lives with her husband Phillip and their children, continuing to build a life centered around faith, family, wellness, and meaningful connection.
