The Writer’s Retreat. The Beach House, South Playa Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica
Join Ash and Liz at a sweet retreat spot, at the edge of the high tide on South Guiones. There is nothing like moving and breathing from the private rancho and stepping out onto a beach that stretches for miles.
Join breathwork facilitator Ashley Ludman and literary agent Elizabeth Kracht to study writing craft, connect with fellow writers, make progress on your work, and enjoy a beautiful beachfront property in Costa Rica. Here, we will support a positive and close-knit community where writers will participate in a daily writing workshop given by Elizabeth Kracht coupled with the morning movement and contemplative focus and afternoon breathwork.
You will be able to submit 50 pages of your work in progress for evaluation to Elizabeth a month prior to the retreat and receive a one-hour consultation to get laser focused and answer any publishing questions.
Experience a curated experience in the Green Season of 2025 that is designed for an intimate group of 5.
The schedule has been created for you to have equal parts structure and space to enjoy a personalized experience. Reset your inner balance with additional options of bodywork, energy work, long walks on the beach or just resting in the hammock. We have created the space for you to create something special for yourself.

Retreats include lodging, meals and all group classes. Not included are transport to and from the retreat house, additional bodywork services, one meal out per week and gratuities.
