Each month, on the 3rd (full) weekend of the month, we will gather together for inspirational breathes, that are packed full of wisdom and motivation to support your intentions of mindful living using breath as an anchor to balance your multidimensional self in your layers of physical, energetic, mental, wisdom and bliss. You live here always. So, why not pay attention and make the best of this home that you have been given?
To participate in the Foundational Groove Experience, you must commit to the 12 months of the Immersive Weekends (3rd (full) weekend of the month). You will be part of a expansive community group that is dedicated to uplifting the world. Your place is an important part of that purpose.
Our monthly weekends together will also be supported by additional classes and immersions scheduled through the calendar year. As a member of the Foundational Groove Experience, you will have opportunities to join us in the supplemental experiences at a reduced rate, and have access to mini breathes from my private library and check in points along the way so that you stay anchored in the investment in yourself.
We began the Foundational Groove Experience in January 2022. Each month’s content begins on the 15th of the month and continues through the following 15. The 2022 program officially concludes on January 15th, 2023 with a celebration of committing to a new life full of presence, aligned choices and upleveled clarity.
